I/We the undersigned, hereby make application to
be admitted to the membership of the Bellingen Chamber
of Commerce and if my/our application is accepted,
I/We agree to be bound by the Constitution of the
Bellingen Chamber of Commerce and to pay the applicable
Annual Membership Subscription as it becomes due.
The current annual membership fees are (effective
1July 2002):
- One employee, $25
- Two to five employees, $50
- Six to 10 employees, $75
- over 10 employees, $100
A tax invoice will be issued for GST purposes
when you make payment.
You may also direct deposit your membership to
BSB 702328 account 149884 S11.1.
