Paul Tipper is the
Principal of the firm. Paul is the only Accredited Specialist in Property Law in the
Bellingen Shire.
Paul has been working as a solicitor for over 20 years and has been
practising in Bellingen and Urunga since 1981, so he has local knowledge to back up his
proven specialist knowledge of property law.
Paul has particular experience in buying and selling of houses and land, as
well as small business advice and leasing.
Specialist accreditation is controlled by the Law Society of New South Wales
and is granted only after rigorous testing of candidates. |

David Malcolm
looks after the litigation section of our firm with legal experience over a 15 year
period. For the past 10 years David has been living and working in the Coffs Harbour area
both as an employed solicitor and as a partner in his own legal practice for a period of 7
years.
Criminal Law was a major portion of David's work in Coffs Harbour. He also
has extensive experience in civil litigation, including personal injury, motor vehicle
accidents, and disputes over debts, as well as family law. |

Avalon Connor is a
paralegal Conveyancing Assistant with over twenty years experience in legal work and can
help you deal with all your needs to do with Real Property conveyancing, including houses,
house and land packages, strata titles and time share arrangements. |

Diane Kennedy is our
senior Legal Secretary. Diane has twenty years experience as a legal secretary. Diane has
particular specialisation in litigation, and particularly personal injury work. |

Annette
Telford is employed as a Legal Secretary. She has a number of years
experience working with law firms in various areas, both in Secretarial and Word
Processing support roles. |

Robyn Smith
is responsible for our accounting system and has extensive experience in computerised
accounts. Robyn has lived in the local area for many years and is involved in a number of
community and sporting organisations. |
