The annex, just 500 metres away, is an existing industrial building,
converted to individual self storage units. |

ENERAL |
| Sited on
a ridge, not susceptible to flooding. Fire hose reels and extinguishers
are installed to the Australian Building Code. All units are sprayed
for pest control of cockroaches, ants, spiders, silver-fish etc. Baits
are placed in all occupied units for rodent control. The buildings
have been carefully sealed to minimise rodent entry and are designed
to avoid condensation formation. |

ECURITY

| Owner/Managers
Bob and Marian Scott normally live on site. If the owners are absent
overnight, the site is patrolled by a local security company. The
buildings are fitted with external monitor sensor lighting. The main
site is fenced with industrial standard, wire mesh and barb tops. |

Security system provides: |

• individual alarms
to each unit door.
• site entry/exit by individual code numbers, key pads and
a motorised sliding gate.

by a 24-hour monitoring company who will ensure a local security company
will respond immediately. |
