This site is designed for locals and visitors alike. It contains daily updated weather data from a weather station in Bellingen. The site also contains historical weather data as well as links to other useful pages that range from live local weather radar to current river heights.Weather data on this site is updated once a day in the evening. The site now includes an daily updated weather forecast for Bellingen generated by the weather station itself.

What New?

  • Links and other information on the site checked and made consistent across the site (so if you find anything that does not work please let me know!

  • The site is now updated once a day from a weather station situated in the Kalang Valley approximately 7km from the centre of Bellingen.
  • Live river data plots are now displayed on the Live River Heights page.
  • The Glossary has been updated and the Heat Index is now shown on the Live Weather page.
  • You can now view monthly and yearly graphs for weather in Bellingen! Definitions for floods levels in the Bellinger have also been added to the BoM River Heights page.

Live weather data on this site is sourced from a solar powered Davis Vantage Pro2 located at Reids Creek in the Kalang Valley. This information is made freely available but before you reproduce any of the live data on this site please contact the site coordinator at kevin@reidscreek.net.au We try to ensure that the live information on this site is as up to date and as accurate as possible but for reasons outside our control (such as the Tawny Frog Mouth that likes trying to make nests in the rain gauge!) there may be times when the data is out of date or inaccurate.
